Heartburn is quite common during pregnancy; it can be caused due to digestive disorder or acid reflux.  It can also happen due to the hormonal changes, and the growing fetus pushing your stomach walls.

To get some comfort or get rid of heartburn, you can make some dietary changes, which will help for sure. Some kinds of medication and exercises are also known to bring relief from this condition.

Heartburn usually starts occurring during the start of the third trimester, and in many cases the pregnant women may suffer from it until the delivery of the baby.

Heartburn, in most cases, starts happening soon after drinking and eating, in few cases the problem of indigestion occurs few hours after taking meals.
